    Where are Stay Days homes located on 30A?

    “Salty Surf” & “Second Set” are located on the West side of Scenic Highway 30A, near Gulf Place. You’ll be close to shops, restaurants, and Ed Walline Beach Access — just a short golf cart or bike ride away.

    How many guests can the properties accommodate?

    “Salty Surf” comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

    “Second Set” comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.

    Is the pool private?

    The pool is a community pool located directly across the street — it’s spacious, clean, and convenient for quick dips or relaxing pool days without the crowds.

    Do you provide a golf cart or bikes?

    Yes! A golf cart AND bikes are included with your stay so you can explore 30A easily and enjoy quick rides to the beach or dinner.

    How far is the beach?

    Ed Walline Public Beach Access is just 3 minutes away — an easy ride by golf cart or bike. It’s one of the best beach accesses on 30A, with parking, restrooms, showers, and lifeguards in season.

    What's nearby?

    You’ll be within walking or riding distance to Gulf Place, where you’ll find great local dining, (Shunk Gulley & Perfect Pig to name some faves), coffee shops, live music, and shopping.

  • Is Stay Days family-friendly?

    Yes! Stay Days is ideal for families, especially with the community pool right across the street and all the extras like the included golf cart and beach cruiser bikes. (Adult-size only). We offer plenty of space to relax after beach days, whether your playing cornhole out front, splashing in the pool, or sipping a beverage by the fire-pit at night.

  • Are pets allowed?

    While we love those furry friends, no pets are allowed inside our homes. Next time, Fido!
