Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by season and length of stay. Full details are provided during booking and in your confirmation email.

No parties or events – this is a chill, family-friendly neighborhood.

No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

Registered guests only – please no unapproved visitors or overnight guests.

Pets: We love furry friends, but unfortunately we’re not a pet-friendly property.

Golf Cart Use: Drivers must be 25 years or older, have a valid driver’s license & insurance, and sign waiver.

You’ll find driveway parking for 2 to 3 vehicles (depending on vehicle size) + golf cart. No street parking, please.

A golf cart is included with your rental and provided specifically for your stay. Please note that each property has its own designated cart and they are not interchangeable between homes.

Golf carts are street-legal in most 30A areas and within the neighborhood, but are not permitted on Highway 98 or any roads with speed limits over 35 mph.

All drivers must be 25+ with a valid driver’s license and insurance, and are expected to operate the cart responsibly and follow all local traffic laws.

Please return the golf cart charged each evening so it’s ready for the next day’s adventures (or the next arriving guests).

A golf cart waiver will be sent via email 7 days prior to check-in and must be completed before arrival.

At both properties you will find:

6 beach chairs,

12 towels,

a patio umbrella that pulls double-duty as your beach umbrella,

a drink cooler,

and more ready to go!

Please rinse and dry sandy items before bringing them back inside.

Whether you’re washing swimsuits after a day at the beach or freshening up mid-stay, the laundry rooms at our homes are designed to make your stay effortless and comfortable.

The full-size washer & dryers are easy-to-use, and each laundry is stocked with detergent and essentials for your convenience. You will also find an iron & ironing board.

Shade: Bring the outdoor patio umbrella to the beach for shade and relaxation!

Early Bird: Arrive at the beach early for the best real estate, quieter spots and perfect sunrise views.

Smart TVs: Log in to your own streaming accounts; don’t forget to log out before you leave!

Trash pickup: Monday & Wednesday mornings — please roll bins to the curb the night before.

Thermostat: Please keep AC set between 70–75° for optimal performance.
